Returns and exchanges are not accepted once opened. An unboxing video is required for any after-sales service requests within 7 days.

1. Our shop's Niku products are made of food-grade silicone, but they must absolutely not be eaten!
2. Niku is a consumable item. Please be careful, as rubbing it too hard may cause damage!

They are 100% handmade!! 💖
Demolding marks, color bleeding, fine dust, and bubbles may occur, but these are all normal, so please don't worry too much about them.

4. There may be slight color differences between batches, and no two products can be exactly identical.
5. For some models that are difficult to demold, a plastic film coated with Vaseline is included. It is normal for the film to be slightly torn, so don't worry! ✨
   Replacement plastic films will be sent with your order, so you can replace them yourself.
